Application of Whole-course Nursing Model Based on Cameron Timely Theory in Burn Patients with Scar Plastic Surgery
Objective To study the intervention effect of Cameron timely theory based whole-course nursing model on patients with scar plastic surgery after burn. Methods 60 patients with post-burn scar plastic surgery admitted to the author's hospital from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention during hospitalization, and the observation group was treated with whole-course nursing mode based on Cameron timely theory on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The scar recovery effect, complications,ps ychological state, coping style and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the duration of wound exudation and pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in wound healing time and pigmentation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention, the total effective rate of scar recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological resilience score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the anxiety, depression and psychological distress scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The yield and avoidance scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the confrontation score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the intervention, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course nursing model based on Cameron's just-in-time theory for burn patients with scar plastic surgery can effectively promote wound healing of patients, improve their psychological state and coping style, reduce the incidence of complications, and have high satisfaction of patients, which has good application value.
