摘要
目的:研究专科化游戏干预在烧伤植皮患儿围手术期护理中的应用效果.方法:选取2019年4月-2022年8月笔者医院收治的186例深Ⅱ或Ⅲ度烧伤患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各93例.在围手术期,对照组给予常规手术室护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予专科化游戏干预.术后,比较两组疼痛程度、不良反应、住院时间、创面愈合时间、瘢痕外观及护理满意度.结果:术后,研究组患儿疼痛评分低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,住院时间和创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);术后6个月,研究组瘢痕外观优良率高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:专科化游戏干预可以减轻患儿术后疼痛,提高患儿依从性,促进患儿创面恢复,从而减轻术后瘢痕形成,值得在临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of specialized game intervention in perioperative nursing of burn children with skin grafting.Methods A total of 186 children with deep partial-thickness or full-thickness burns admitted to the author's hospital from April 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 93 cases in each group.During the perioperative period,the control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the study group was given specialized game intervention on the basis of the control group.After the operation,the degree of pain,adverse reactions,hospitalization time,wound healing time,scar appearance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After operation,the pain score of children in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time and wound healing time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Six months after operation,the excellent and good rate of scar appearance in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Specialized game intervention can reduce postoperative pain of children,improve compliance of children,promote wound recovery of children,thereby reducing postoperative scar formation,which is worthy of clinical application.
