Application of Boat-shaped Tension-reducing Suture Method in the Repair of Larger Tensive Trauma Areas
Objective To investigate the effect of Ship-shaped tension-reducing suture method on postoperative healing of tension wounds. Methods Forty patients with large tension wounds who were treated in the author's department from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=20,using the modified totally buried vertical mattress suture method)and the experimental group(n=20,using the boat-shaped tension reduction suture method)according to the different suture methods. The postoperative wound healing and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Within 6 months after operation, the postoperative wound healing status of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the proportion of re-dehiscence of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the proportion of the experimental group with complete wound healing and only one operation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction score of the experimental group with wound healing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The boat-shaped tension-reducing suture method can effectively reduce tension, promote wound healing, reduce the risk of postoperative dehiscence, and has a high satisfaction rate of patients.
