Application of Sodium Hyaluronate Gel Injection Combined with Radiofrequency in Perioral Rejuvenation
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of sodium hyaluronate gel injection and Radiofrequency on the perioral rejuvenation. Methods A total of 96 female patients who were admitted to the author's hospital for perioral rejuvenation treatment from April 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 0.5 ml perioral injection of sodium hyaluronate gel,and the observation group was treated with medical thermomaggie technique combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate gel.The clinical efficacy, perioral skin status and patient satisfaction were compared after 1 and 6 months of treatment. Results One month after treatment, there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after treatment, the scores of skin moisture and elasticity, the total clinical effective rate and the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious complications occurred in both groups. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate gel injection combined with Radiofrequency can prolong the effect of perioral rejuvenation, with less adverse reactions, and has certain application value.
