Influence of Positioning Device on the Consistency of Facial Medical Photography
Objective To explore the effect of positioning device on the consistency of medical photography of head and face in plastic surgery.Methods In March 2021,20 subjects were selected as research subjects and self-controlled study method was adopted.A total of 6 groups were taken for each patient.First,3 groups were taken with traditional photography method,and the shooting angles of each group were left and right 45° and left and right 90°.30 minutes later,shoot 3 groups using the positioning device method and record the shooting time of each group.ImageJ software was used to measure the data of each group of photos,and statistical analysis was carried out on the difference of the measured data and the time taken by the two shooting methods.Results The Angle difference of left and right 45° shot,the Angle difference of left and right 90° shot,and the distance difference of left and right 45° shot in the positioning device shooting method were significantly less than the traditional shooting method,and the shooting time was significantly less than the traditional shooting method(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of the photographic positioning device can greatly improve the consistency of the medical photography of the head and face in plastic surgery,make the image data more standard and standardized,shorten the photographing time,improve the work efficiency,and improve the satisfaction of doctors,nurses and patients.
