Aesthetic Effect of Debridement and Suture Combined with Botulinum Toxin A in the Treatment of Frontal Trauma
Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of cosmetic suture combined with botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of forehead trauma. Methods A total of 90 patients with frontal trauma admitted to the author's hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cosmetic suture, and the observation group was treated with cosmetic suture combined with botulinum toxin type A.The clinical efficacy, scar score and aesthetic effect satisfaction of the two groups after treatment were statistically compared. Results At 1 month after operation, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 6 months after operation, the scar scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation, the satisfaction of aesthetic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cosmetic suture combined with botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of frontal trauma can improve the clinical efficacy, scar condition and aesthetic satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
