Application of Sanyrene in Targeted Anticancer Agents Induced Epidermal damage due to Hand-foot Syndrome
Objective To discuss the application effect of Sanyrene in targeted anticancer agents induced epidermal damage due to hand-foot syndrome(HFS)and its influence on aesthetics.Methods According to random number table method,90 patients with targeted anticancer agents induced HFS who were divided into the control group and the observation group in the author's hospital from June 2021 to December 2022,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with urea ointment,and the observation group was treated with Sanyrene,both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The hand-foot syndrome-related symptom score(HFS score),pain visual analogue scale(VAS pain score),Karnofsky performance stat(KPS score),dermatological life quality scale index score(DLQI score),CD3+and CD4+cell ratio,aesthetic satisfaction,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the KPS score in the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05),the HFS score,VAS pain score and DLQI score in the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Sanyrene in targeted anticancer agents induced epidermal damage due to HFS was obvious,it could effectively improve related symptoms,relieve pain,improve quality of life and aesthetic satisfaction,with good safety.
