Analysis of the Efficacy of Topical Injection of Triamcinolone and Scar Tissue Flap Repair in the Treatment of Keloids
Objective To analyze the cosmetic effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with topical injection of triamcinolone and scar tissue flap repair in the treatment of keloids. Methods 85 patients with keloid treated in department of medical cosmetology of Suining Central Hospital from February 2017 to November 2021 were selected and divided into 42 cases in triamcinolone group(scar tissue flap repair combined with topical injection of triamcinolone)and 43 cases in united PRP group(PRP on the basis of triamcinolone group)according to the random number table method. The clinical efficacy, scar recovery, pain and pruritus and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions were recorded in the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in united PRP group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 85.71%in triamcinolone group(P<0.05).The scores of color, softness, blood vessel and thickness were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores were significantly lower in united PRP group than those in triamcinolone group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of pain and pruritus were reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores in united PRP group were significantly lower compared to triamcinolone group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the total recurrence rate in united PRP group was 2.33%,which was significantly lower than 14.29%in triamcinolone group(P<0.05).Conclusion PRP combined with topical injection of triamcinolone and scar tissue flap repair in the treatment of keloids has an exact efficacy, and it can effectively promote the recovery of scar wound, relieve the pain and pruritus, and reduce the recurrence rate.
