不翻瓣技术拔除下颌中位水平阻生智齿对患者术后生活质量的影响研究

摘要
目的:研究不翻瓣技术拔除下颌中位水平阻生智齿对患者生活质量的影响.方法:选取2022年6月-2023年2月就诊于笔者医院口腔综合科的410例下颌中位水平阻生智齿患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组207例,对照组203例.观察组采用不翻瓣技术,对照组采用传统翻瓣技术.比较两组术后出血、疼痛、肿胀、感染、张口受限、干槽症的发生情况以及PoSSe评分比较,采用SPSS 21.0进行统计学分析.结果:观察组术后出血、疼痛、肿胀、张口受限的发生率均高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组PoSSe评分(71.24±5.01)分,高于对照组的(52.09±9.48)分(P＜0.05).结论:不翻瓣技术用于拔除下颌中位水平阻生智齿时可以减轻患者术后疼痛、开口受限、面颊部肿胀等并发症,宜临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of non-flap technique on quality life of patients with the mandibular wisdom teeth in the middle position.Methods 410 patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth were randomly divided into observation group and control group,including 207 cases in observation group and 203 cases in control group.The observation group adopted non-flap technique,while the control group adopted traditional flap technique.The operation time and postoperative complications(including pain,mouth limitation,cheek swelling)of the two groups were compared,and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0 software package.Results The incidence of postoperative bleeding,pain,swelling,and restricted mouth opening in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The PoSSe score of the observation group(71.24±5.01)was higher than that of the control group(52.09±9.48)(P＜0.05).Conclusion When the non-flap technique is used to remove the impacted wisdom teeth in the middle of the mandible,it can reduce the postoperative pain,mouth limitation,cheek swelling and other complications of patients,and is suitable for clinical application.
