Research Progress of Adipose-derived Stem Cells and Their Derivatives Promoting Chronic Wound Healing
Chronic wounds have always been a difficult problem in clinical treatment.Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs)have become a hot topic in tissue repair and regeneration research in recent years due to their rich sources, simple isolation and easy expansion, and their properties after multiple passages. The use of ADSCs to improve wound healing has proven to be a promising treatment strategy. In this paper, the research status of ADSCs and their fat cell derivatives for chronic wound healing is reviewed, with a view to providing insights for future in-depth research and clinical applications. In this paper,we reviewed the research status of ADSCs and its adipocyte free derivatives in promoting chronic wound healing,in order to provide insights for further research and clinical application.
