双层瓦合缝合眼轮匝肌肌瓣用于睑袋切除术的效果及术后并发症观察

摘要
目的:探讨双层瓦合缝合眼轮匝肌肌瓣用于睑袋切除术的美观度及术后并发症的发生率.方法:选取2018年1月-2021年1月笔者医院收治的70例接受睑袋切除术治疗的就医者,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组予以四步睑袋法治疗,观察组予以双层瓦合缝合眼轮匝肌肌瓣法治疗.于术后3个月比较两组就医者的临床疗效和眼部美学效果,随访12个月,统计并发症发生情况,"卧蚕"形成情况、睑袋复发情况以及就医者满意度.结果:术后,观察组总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%(P＜0.05);观察组的美学效果优良率为97.14%,高于对照组的82.86%(P＜0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的25.71%(P＜0.05);观察组的"卧蚕"形成率为88.57%,高于对照组的22.86%(P＜0.05);两组睑袋复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组的总满意度为88.57%,高于对照组的65.71%(P＜0.05).结论:双层瓦合缝合眼轮匝肌肌瓣用于睑袋切除术,可以提高临床疗效和眼部整形美容效果,降低并发症发生风险,促进"卧蚕"形成,就医者满意度较高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the aesthetics and postoperative complications of double-layer tile suture orbicularis oculi muscle flap in eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing eyelid blepharoplasty in the author's hospital were enrolled between January 2018 and January 2021.They were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35),control group was treated with four-step eyelid blepharoplasty,and observation group was treated with double-layer tile suture orbicularis oculi muscle flap.At 3 months after surgery,clinical curative effect and aesthetics effect between the two groups were compared.All patients were followed up for 12 months to statistically analyze the occurrence of complications,formation of lying silkworms,eyelid recurrence and patients satisfaction.Results After surgery,total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(94.29%vs 77.14%)(P＜0.05).The good rate of aesthetics effect in observation group was higher than that in control group(97.14%vs 82.86%)(P＜0.05),incidence of complications was lower than that in control group(2.86%vs 25.71%)(P＜0.05),and formation rate of lying silkworm was higher than that in control group(88.57%vs 22.86%)(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate of eyelid between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(88.57%vs 65.71%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of double-layer tile suture orbicularis oculi muscle flap in eyelid blepharoplasty can improve clinical curative effect and aesthetics effect,reduce the risk of complications and promote formation of lying silkworms,with high patients satisfaction.
