超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合小针刀皮下剥离治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕的美学效果观察

摘要
目的:观察超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合小针刀皮下剥离治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕的美学效果.方法:回顾性分析河北省皮肤病防治院2021年6月-2022年12月收治的98例痤疮萎缩性瘢痕患者的临床资料,依照治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=49).对照组使用切除缝合术治疗,观察组实施超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合小针刀皮下剥离治疗.比较两组疗效、患者满意度以及治疗期间并发症发生率,对比两组瘢痕美学效果[瘢痕美容评估与评级量表(SCAR)].结果:术后3个月,观察组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组患者满意程度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组SCAR评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗期间,两组并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:超脉冲点阵CO2激光联合小针刀皮下剥离治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕效果显著,能提高患者满意度和美学效果,且并发症发生较少,值得临床应用推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the cosmetic effect of ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with small needle knife subcutaneous stripping on acne atrophic scar.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with acne atrophic scar admitted to Hebei Dermatology Prevention and Control Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with excision and suture,and the observation group was given ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with small needle knife subcutaneous stripping.The efficacy,cosmetic satisfaction and incidence rates of complications during treatment and scar cosmetic effect[Scar Cosmesis Assessment and Rating(SCAR)]were compared between the two groups.Results After three months of treatment,the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The cosmetic satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly better compared with that in control group(P＜0.05).The SCAR scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence rate of complications between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion Ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with small needle knife subcutaneous stripping has a significant effect in the treatment of acne atrophic scar,and it can enhance the cosmetic satisfaction and cosmetic effect,and it has few complications and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
