Observation on Cosmetic Effect of Ultra-pulse Fractional CO2 Laser Combined with Small Needle Knife Subcutaneous Stripping in the Treatment of Acne Atrophic Scar
Objective To observe the cosmetic effect of ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with small needle knife subcutaneous stripping on acne atrophic scar. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with acne atrophic scar admitted to Hebei Dermatology Prevention and Control Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49)according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with excision and suture, and the observation group was given ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with small needle knife subcutaneous stripping. The efficacy, cosmetic satisfaction and incidence rates of complications during treatment and scar cosmetic effect[Scar Cosmesis Assessment and Rating(SCAR)]were compared between the two groups. Results After three months of treatment, the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cosmetic satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly better compared with that in control group(P<0.05).The SCAR scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence rate of complications between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultra-pulse fractional CO2 laser combined with small needle knife subcutaneous stripping has a significant effect in the treatment of acne atrophic scar, and it can enhance the cosmetic satisfaction and cosmetic effect, and it has few complications and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
