正颌手术治疗骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形对颞下颌关节髁突影响的研究现状

摘要
正颌外科手术是治疗骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形最常用的治疗方式,髁突是评价患者正颌术后复发及稳定性的重要因素,对正颌术后髁突位置如何变化及改建学者们意见不一.本文就骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者髁突位置、形态特点以及正颌术后髁突位置变化和改建三个方面进行简要综述.
Abstract
Orthognathic surgery is the most commonly used treatment for Class Ⅲ malocclusion and condyle is an important factor to evaluate the recurrence and stability of patients after orthognathic surgery.Scholars have different opinions on how to change and reconstruct the condyle position after orthognathic surgery.In this paper,the condyle position and morphological characteristics,the condyle position change and reconstruction after orthognathic operation in patients with type Class Ⅲmalocclusion were reviewed.
