摘要
目的:观察低浓度A型肉毒素联合自体脂肪移植在面部抗衰中的应用效果,并对相关并发症进行分析.方法:2017年1月-2018年12月,笔者科室采用低浓度A型肉毒素与自体脂肪移植联用的方法,对27例就医者进行面部轮廓整形和抗衰老治疗,观察其临床治疗效果、总结并分析并发症产生的原因.结果:本组共27例就医者,术后面部老化特征或面部轮廓获得明显改善,2例出现一过性的一侧鼻唇沟变浅、张嘴时口角歪斜的情况.结论:A型肉毒毒素与自体脂肪联合应用是一种安全、有效的抗面部衰老的治疗方式,低浓度A型肉毒毒素与肿胀液混合液在面部多层次注射后再行自体脂肪填充能够有效减少并发症.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of low concentration of botulinum toxin A combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial anti-aging,and to analyze the related complications.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,the author's department used low concentration of botulinum toxin A combined with autologous fat transplantation to treat 27 patients with facial contouring and anti-aging treatment.The clinical treatment effects were observed,and the causes of complications were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 27 patients were treated in this group.The facial aging features or facial contour were significantly improved after operation,and 2 patients had transient shallow nasolabial fold on one side and deviation of mouth Angle when opening mouth.Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A combined with autologous fat is a safe and effective treatment for facial aging.Low concentration of botulinum toxin type A combined with swelling fluid can effectively reduce complications in facial multi-level injection followed by autologous fat grafting.
