摘要
目的:探究Kiss技术(采用眼轮匝肌-白线固定法的亚洲人重睑术)的应用效果.方法:选取2020年10月-2023年3月于笔者医院接受Kiss重睑术的97例就医者.在术后3～24个月对就医者进行随访评估,并统计就医者满意率及并发症发生情况.结果:就医者总满意度为97.5%,大多数就医者在术后2周内消肿.术后3～6个月手术痕迹基本消失.无一例就医者术后出现重睑松脱变浅的情况.结论:Kiss重睑术是一个简洁而有效的方法,美学效果良好,并发症少,就医者术后恢复较快,满意度高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Kiss technique(double eyelid operation in Asian people with orbicularis oculi-white line fixation method).Methods A total of 97 patients who received Kiss double eyelid surgery in the author's hospital from October 2020 to March 2023 were selected.The patients were followed up 3 to 24 months after surgery.The clinical effect was evaluated,and the satisfaction rate and complications of patients were counted.Results The total satisfaction of patients was 97.5%,and most patients reduced swelling within 2 weeks after surgery.Three to six months after the operation,the surgical marks almost disappeared.There was no case of double blepharon laxity and shallowness after operation.Conclusion Kiss double eyelid operation is a simple and effective method,with good aesthetic effect,less complications,faster postoperative recovery and high satisfaction.
