中国人群玫瑰痤疮相关危险因素的Meta分析

目的:探究中国人群玫瑰痤疮与性别、幽门螺杆菌感染、吸烟及饮酒的相关性.方法:计算机检索中文数据库CNKI、万方、维普、CBM和英文数据库PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、the Cochrane Library等.检索自建库以来至2023年4月所有以中国患者为研究对象的玫瑰痤疮相关危险因素的研究,应用Revman 5.3软件对纳入的研究进行Meta分析.结果:经过筛选,筛选了4个存在较大争议及有较多文献支持的危险因素(性别、幽门螺杆菌感染、吸烟及饮酒).Meta分析结果:性别为男[OR=0.958,95%CI(0.704,1.302),Z=0.275,P=0.784];幽门螺杆菌感染[OR=4.090,95%CI(2.677,6.248),Z=6.516,P<0.001];吸烟[OR=0.908,95%CI(0.672,1.226),Z=0.631,P=0.528];饮酒[OR=0.858,95%CI(0.723,1.018),Z=2.018,P=0.051].结论:幽门螺杆菌感染与玫瑰痤疮有显著相关性,幽门螺杆菌可能是玫瑰痤疮潜在的危险因素.
Meta-Analysis of Risk Factors Associated with Rosacea in Chinese Population
Objective To investigate the correlation between rosacea in the Chinese population and gender,Helicobacter pylori infection,smoking,and alcohol consumption.Methods Chinese databases CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu,CBM,and English databases PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,the Cochrane Library were searched.Studies on rosacea-related risk factors in Chinese patients since April 2023 were included,and Meta-analysis was conducted using Revman 5.3 software.Results After screening,four risk factors with significant controversy and substantial literature support were selected(gender,Helicobacter pylori infection,smoking,and alcohol consumption).Meta-analysis results:Gender as male[OR=0.958,95%CI(0.704,1.302),Z=0.275,P=0.784];helicobacter pylori infection[OR=4.090,95%CI(2.677,6.248),Z=6.516,P<0.001];smoking[OR=0.908,95%CI(0.672,1.226),Z=0.631,P=0.528];alcohol consumption[OR=0.858,95%CI(0.723,1.018),Z=2.018,P=0.051].Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection is significantly correlated with rosacea,suggesting it might be a potential risk factor for rosacea.
