Efficacy of Photon Therapeutic Instrument Combined with rh-aFGF in the Treatment of Small-area Deep Partial-thickness Burn
Objective To investigate the effect of photon therapeutic instrument combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rh-aFGF)on wound healing and pain degree in patients with small-area deep partial-thickness burn.Methods 80 patients with small-area deep partial-thickness burn admitted to the author's hospital from June,2020 to November,2022 were divided into rh-aFGF group(n=40)and combined group(n=40)by random number table method.rh-aFGF group was treated with rh-aFGF,and combined group was treated with photon therapeutic apparatus combined with rh-aFGF,the wound healing rate and wound granulation growth score at 10 d,15 d,and 19 d after treatment,and the complete healing time were compared between the two groups.The scoreof numerical rating scale(NRS)was compared between the two groups at 1 d,7 d,and 14 d after treatment.The score of vancouver scar scale(VSS)was compared between the two groups at 6 months after treatment.Results The wound healing rate and wound granulation growth score of combined group were higher than those of rh-aFGF group on 10 d,15 d,and 19 d after treatment,and the complete wound healing time was shorter than that rh-aFGF group(P<0.05).The NRS scores of wounds at 1,7,and 14 days after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in combined group were lower than those in rh-aFGF group(P<0.05).The VSS score of combined group was lower than that of rh-aFGF group at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of photon therapy instrument and rh-aFGF in the treatment of small area deep second-degree burn can promote the growth of granulation tissue,accelerate wound healing,reduce pain and reduce scar formation.
