Repair Temporal Depression with Platelet-rich Plasma Combined with Autologous Fat Granule Transplantation
Objective To explore the impact of platelet rich plasma combined with fat particle transplantation on the filling effect of patients with temporal depression. Methods A total of 100 patients with temporal depression admitted to the author's hospital from September 2019 to March 2022 were collected as the study subjects. They were randomly grouped into a control group(50 cases, treated with autologous fat particle transplantation)and an observation group(50 cases, treated with a combination of platelet rich plasma and autologous fat particle transplantation),two groups were compared in terms of surgical effectiveness, surgical indicators, satisfaction, and incidence of complications. Results After treatment, the total treatment efficiency of the observation group was 92.00%,which control group was 76.00% lower than observation group(76.00% )(P<0.05).After treatment, the fat thickness of the control group is lower than the observation group, and the average number of surgeries and total fat transplantation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of patient evaluation and doctor evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet-rich plasma combined with autologous fat particle transplantation can improve the survival rate of autologous fat transfer, reduce the number of transplants, and have a significant filling effect.
