Clinical Observation of Jieyu Qingcuo Decoction Combined with Hyaluronic Acid Injection in Treatment of Liver Depression and Blood Heat Type Rosacea
Objective To explore the curative effect of Jieyu Qingcuo Decoction combined with hyaluronic acid injection on rosacea of liver depression and blood heat type.Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with facial rosacea of liver depression and blood heat type at the author's hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were included as the research subjects and randomly separated into groups.The control group was treated with hyaluronic acid injection,while the research group received Jieyu Qingcuo Decoction treatment in addition to the control group's regimen.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The study group had a higher total effective rate than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as erythema,telangiectasia,and papules in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The Acne-QoL scores in all aspects were higher in the study group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jieyu Qingcuo Decoction combined with hyaluronic acid injection has a significant effect on the treatment of liver depression and blood heat type of facial rosacea,which can obviously improve symptoms such as erythema,telangiectasia,papules,and itching,and enhance the quality of life.
