Application of Guided Bone Regeneration in Anterior Dental Implants and Its Effect on Aesthetics and Clinical Efficacy
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of combined guided bone regeneration during anterior dental implantation. Methods A total of 142 patients who received anterior dental implants in the author's hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=70)and observation group(n=72)by random number method. The control group was treated with dental implant alone, and the observation group was treated with guided bone regeneration based on dental implant.Alveolar bone density, graft thickness and osteogenic thickness, periodontal depth(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL),gingival recession(GR),pink esthetic scores(PES),clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups before treatment and 6 months after treatment. Results The alveolar bone density, bone graft thickness and osteogenic thickness at 6 months after surgery were higher in 2 groups than before surgery. The alveolar bone density, bone graft thickness and osteogenic thickness of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 6 months after surgery, with statistical differences(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,PD,CAL and GR in 2 groups were lower than before surgery.6 months after surgery,PD,CA and GR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).The PES index score of 2 groups after 6 months surgery was higher than that before surgery, and the PES index score of observation group was higher than that of control group 6 months after surgery, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,higher than that of the control group 91.43%,and the complication rate was 1.39%,lower than that of the control group 8.57% (P<0.05).Conclusion Anterior dental implant combined with guided bone regeneration has good aesthetic effect, high PES score, high clinical total effective rate and low complication rate, which has high clinical application value.
