Clinical Application Experience of Acellular Dermal Matrix in Eyebrow Augmentation Surgery
Objective To explore the clinical effect of using acellular dermal matrix(ADM)material for eyebrow arch augmentation surgery.Methods A total of 18 patients with low eyebrow arch requiring eyebrow arch augmentation were selected from the cosmetic surgery department of the author's hospital from January 2022 to July 2023,including 17 females and 1 male,aged 21-36 years,with an average age of 27 years.According to the requirements of the medical practitioner,design the range and height of eyebrow arch elevation,and implant ADM material into the surgical area to improve the low and flat eyebrow arch.Compare and analyze the preoperative and postoperative photos.Results During a follow-up of 3-21 months,17 patients showed significant improvement in their eyebrow arches,with satisfactory postoperative results.One patient reported a relative depression in the eyebrow center area,and the results were satisfactory after secondary surgery.All patients did not experience postoperative complications such as infection or rejection.Conclusion The application of acellular dermal matrix material for eyebrow augmentation surgery is safe and effective,with significant improvement in low and flat eyebrow arches.It can effectively increase the upper three-dimensional sensation,making it an effective clinical choice for eyebrow augmentation surgery.
