Clinical Application of Local Skin Flap Combined with Fine Reduction Aesthetic Suture in the Repair of Acute Facial Trauma
Objective To investigate the clinical application of local skin flap combined with fine reduction aesthetic suture in acute facial trauma. Methods A total of 51 patients with acute facial trauma admitted to the author's department from June 2020 to October 2023 were selected.According to the location, shape and defect of the wound, different local flaps were selected and designed to repair the wound. All the wounds were sutured by fine reduction aesthetic suture technique. The repair effect was observed and the satisfaction of the patients was recorded.Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the psychological status of patients. Results The wounds of all patients healed in the first stage. The flaps had good color,no obvious scar hyperplasia, and were basically symmetrical with the healthy side. The SDS and SAS scores of patients 3 months after operation were lower than those 1 week after operation(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of patients was 98.04%.Conclusion The application of local skin flap combined with fine reduction aesthetic suture technique in acute facial trauma has good effect, small scar, can reduce the psychological burden of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
