颧骨皮肤韧带松解结合透明质酸填充改善颊中沟的临床应用

摘要
目的:观察颧骨皮肤韧带松解结合透明质酸填充改善颊中沟的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析2018年9月-2022年4月笔者医院收治的62例颊中沟凹陷女性就医者,均采用颧骨皮肤韧带松解结合透明质酸填充的方式进行治疗.分别于韧带深层填充、颧骨皮肤韧带松解、真皮层填充,评估术后颊中沟的改善效果.结果:本组62例就医者,其中有10例在第6个月对治疗效果表示不满意,再次接受治疗.所有就医者术后第6个月和第12个月颊中沟纠正有效率为93.55%、96.77%.术后第6个月和术后第12个月的颊中沟改善率为59.68%、74.19%.结论:采用颧骨皮肤韧带松解结合透明质酸填充治疗颊中沟创伤小,术后效果确切,维持时间较长,具有一定的临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of zygomatic skin ligament release combined with hyaluronic acid filling in improving the midcheek groove.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 62 female patients with midcheek groove depression admitted to the author's hospital from September 2018 to April 2022.All patients were treated with zygomatic skin ligament release combined with hyaluronic acid filling.The improvement of the midcheek groove was evaluated by filling the deep ligament,loosening the skin ligament of the zygomatic bone,and filling the dermis.Results Among the 62 patients,10 patients were not satisfied with the treatment effect in the sixth month and received the treatment again.The effective rates of the midcheek groove correction were 93.55%and 96.77%at 6 months and 12 months after surgery,respectively.The improvement rate of the midcheek groove was 59.68%and 74.19%at 6 months and 12 months after operation,respectively.Conclusion The treatment of midcheek groove with zygomatic skin ligament release combined with hyaluronic acid filling is minimally invasive,effective and lasting for a long time,which has certain clinical application value.
