Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Carisolv Minimally Invasive Decontamination Combined with Resin Filling in the Treatment of Dental Caries in Preschool Children
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Carisolv minimally invasive decontamination combined with resin filling of dental caries in preschool children. Methods A total of 88 preschool children with dental caries from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Randomized number table method was used to divide into two groups:the control group(44 cases)was given traditional mechanical decontamination combined with resin filling, and the study group(44 cases)was given Carisolv minimally invasive decontamination combined with resin filling. The treatment time, the scores of the face, legs, activity, cry, consolability behavioral tool(FLACC),the plaque index(PLI),and the gingival index(GI)were compared between the two groups, and the therapeutic efficacy of the repair was statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of decay removal time, filling time, and overall treatment time(P>0.05).The incidence of painless and mild pain in the study group was higher than that in the control group, while the incidence of moderate and severe pain was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the PLI and GI in the study group were lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of repair in the study group was 98.11%,higher than 85.45%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carisolv minimally invasive decontamination and resin filling treatment for dental caries in preschool children can achieve ideal restorative effects, improve periodontal health, and reduce pain.
