摘要
目的:通过调查安徽省某口腔医院正畸患者对矫治器选择的现状,了解口腔正畸患者的实际需求,从而为正畸科医生在诊治过程中有效沟通与精准治疗提供参考依据.方法:选取2023年1月-2023年5月在安徽省某口腔医院正畸科接受正畸矫治的330例患者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,根据Angle安氏错(牙合)畸形分类方法对患者进行分类,分析不同年龄、性别、居住地、错(牙合)畸形类别对矫治器倾向选择和实际选择的影响.结果:330例患者中牙齿畸形类型以安氏Ⅱ类为主(59.09%);就诊最期待能够解决的问题是牙齿不齐,其次是嘴巴外突和牙齿间隙过大;出于经济、舒适、美观等方面考虑,进口金属自锁托槽在实际应用中占比最高(57.27%);不同年龄、性别的患者选择的矫治器类型差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:正畸医生在为患者提供正畸矫治方案时,应询问患者对矫治器的选择倾向,并考虑患者年龄、性别、错(牙合)畸形类型等情况,给患者提出专业指导.
Abstract
Objective This study investigated the problems expected to be solved by orthodontic patients in an oral hospital in Anhui Province,and known more about the actual needs of orthodontic patients,so as to provide a reference basis for effective communication and precise treatment for orthodontists in the diagnosis and treatment process.Methods A total of 330 orthodontic patients who were treated in the orthodontic department of an oral hospital in Anhui Province from January 2023 to May 2023 were selects as the research objects.The questionnaire was designed under the guidance of three orthodontists with attending or above titles,and investigated the patients'general information,treatment intention,preference and actual choice of orthodontics.The patients were classified according to Angle's classification method for malocclusion,and analyzed the influence of different age,sex,residence and malformation types on the choice tendency and actual choice of oral appliance.Results According to the statistical analysis,among the 330 subjects,the main type of tooth deformity was class Ⅱ(59.09%).The most expected problem to be solved in medical treatment was tooth irregularity,followed by mouth protrusion and excessive tooth space.In consideration of economy,comfort and beauty,the proportion of imported metal self-locking brackets in practical application is the highest(57.27%).Among them,there are statistically significant differences in the types of appliances selected by patients of different ages and genders.There was no statistically significant difference residences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Orthodontists should ask patients about their preference for oral appliance when providing orthodontic treatment options and consider patient age,gender,malformation type and teeth of general demographic characteristics when provide professional guidance for the patients.
