Effect of Comprehensive Intervention Mode Based on Aesthetic Needs on Wound Healing and Psychological State of Patients with Traumatic Fractures
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention model based on patients'aesthetic needs on wound healing and psychological state of patients with traumatic fracture. Methods 84 patients with traumatic fractures admitted to the author's hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(42 cases)by the random number table method. The control group was given the routine intervention model, and the observation group was given the comprehensive intervention model based on the aesthetic needs of patients. The degree of pain, wound healing, satisfaction with wound aesthetics, quality of life, and post-traumatic growth were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 5 and 7 days after operation(P<0.05).The pain relief time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the total satisfaction rate of wound aesthetics, quality of life score and post-traumatic growth level score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention model based on the aesthetic needs of patients with traumatic fracture can effectively promote wound healing, reduce pain, and improve the quality of life,post-traumatic growth and wound aesthetic satisfaction of patients, which is of great significance for the rehabilitation and mental health of patients.
