目的:探讨火针联合消痤方治疗面部中重度痤疮的临床疗效.方法:选取笔者医院于2021年1月-2022年12月收治的80例面部中重度痤疮患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例).对照组使用维A酸乳膏联合中药消痤方治疗,观察组采用火针联合中药消痤方治疗,两组均持续治疗30 d.治疗30d后,观察并对比两组患者的身体意象量表(Body image scale,BIS)、皮肤病生活质量指数(Dermatology life quality index,DLQI)、中医证候积分、临床总有效率以及不良反应.结果:治疗后,两组BIS评分及DLQI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组中医证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组治疗总有效率82.50%(33/40)高于对照组60.00%(24/40)(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(5.00%vs.12.50%)(P＞0.05).结论:火针联合消痤方治疗面部中重度痤疮,可显著改善患者的皮肤质量,降低中医证候积分,提高患者的生活质量,临床疗效较高,且安全性较好.
Clinical Efficacy of Fire Needle Combined with Xiaocuo Decoction in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Acne
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with Xiaocuo decoction in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.Methods Eighty patients with moderate to severe acne treated at the author's hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were enrolled and randomly assigned into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received tretinoin cream combined with Xiaocuo decoction,while the observation group(n=37)was treated with fire needle combined with Xiaocuo decoction.Both groups underwent treatment for 30 days.The Body image scale(BIS),Dermatology life quality index(DLQI),TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy rate,and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,both groups showed a reduction in BIS and DLQI scores,with the observation group scoring lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome scores also decreased in both groups after treatment,with a more significant reduction observed in the observation group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The overall efficacy rate was 89.19% (33/37)in the observation group,higher than the 69.77% (30/43)in the control group(P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 4.65% in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(5.00% vs.12.50% )(P＞0.05).Conclusion Fire needle combined with Xiaocuo decoction is effective in treating moderate and severe acne,as it can significantly improve skin condition,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and enhance quality of life,with a favorable efficacy and safety profile.
