Application of CGF Combined with Bio-Oss Materials in Simultaneous Implant Restoration of Maxillary Sinus Floor Lifting
Objective To explore the application value of concentrated growth factor(CGF)combined with Bio-Oss material in the implantation treatment of improved transalveolar crest maxillary sinus floor lift. Methods From May 2018 to December 2021,98 patients in the dental clinic of the author's Hospital who received implant treatment after the improved transalveolar crest and maxillary sinus floor lift were selected as the research objects and divided into 2 groups by a random number table, and 49 patients were implanted with CGF and Bio-Oss bone filling material(combined group),and the other 49 patients were implanted with Bio-Oss bone filling material(control group). The two groups of patients were compared with the newly formed bone density at different times after surgery, and the patient's teeth before and after implant placement.Weekly health indicators, differences in implant stability. Results Before surgery, the HU values of alveolar bone mineral density between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery, the HU values of alveolar bone mineral density of the combined group were lower than those of the control group.Group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month,3 months,6 months, and 12 months after surgery, the gingival crevicular bleeding index of the combined group was compared with that of the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).A 1 month and 3 months after the operation, the periodontal exploration depth of the combined group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05);6 months after the operation,12 Months, the depth of periodontal exploration in the combined group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 months after surgery, the spin torque value of the implant in the combined group was compared with that of the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant Scientific significance(P>0.05).12 months after operation, the implant stability coefficient of the combined group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved bone filling material implanted with CGF combined with Bio-Oss in postoperative implant treatment to promote the formation of early alveolar bone and improve the stability of implant than simple Bio-Oss filling material.
