目的:本研究旨在证明由马齿苋、苦参、獐芽菜和玉兰花四种中草药提取物组合而成的复合物(Portulaca oleracea,sophora flavescens ait,swertia and magnolia complex,PSSM)以及含有PSSM基础配方产品具有抗过敏和抗炎活性.方法:本研究采用CCK-8法测定PSSM对RBL-2H3细胞增殖速率的影响,并结合紫外吸收法和酶联免疫吸附法测定PSSM对RBL-2H3细胞中β-HEX释放率、细胞组胺水平和TNF-α水平的影响;采用小鼠耳肿胀试验和背部炎症试验验证含PSSM的基础配方产品对迟发性过敏和接触性皮炎的缓解作用.结果:一定体积浓度范围内的PSSM对RBL-2H3细胞的增殖没有影响,PSSM和PSSM基础配方产品在抗敏和抗炎上均有显著效果,其中2%PSSM和2%PSSM基础配方产品效果最佳,2%PSSM对RBL-2H3细胞中β-HEX释放的抑制率可达47.1%.结论:一定浓度的PSSM及其基础配方产品在抗敏和抗炎症上有显著效果,可为纯天然化妆品原料开发提供参考.
Study on Anti-allergic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Four Extracts of Chinese Herbal Medicine
Objective The aim of this study was to demonstrate that a complex composed of four Chinese herbal extracts(Portulaca oleracea,sophora flavescens ait,swertia and magnolia complex,PSSM)and products containing PSSM based formulations have anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory activities.Methods In this study,CCK-8 assay was used to determine the effect of PSSM on the proliferation rate of RBL-2H3 cells.Additionally,the effects of PSSM on the β-HEX release rate,cellular histamine levels,and TNF-α horizontal impact in RBL-2H3 cells were measured by ultraviolet absorption and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay techniques.The efficacy of PSSM and PSSM-containing basic formula products in alleviating delayed allergy and contact dermatitis was assessed through the utilization of the mouse ear swelling test and back inflammation test.Results Within a specific range of volume concentration,the presence of PSSM does not exhibit a significant effect on the proliferation of RBL-2H3 cells.However,both PSSM and its basic formula products demonstrated noteworthy effects on allergy and anti-inflammatory properties.Notably,among these products,those containing 2%PSSM and 2%PSSM basic formula exhibited the most favorable outcomes.Specifically,the inhibition rate of 2%PSSM β-HEX release reached an impressive 47.1%.Conclusion The application of a specific concentration of PSSM and its basic formula cosmetics have notable anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory effects.These findings can offer valuable insights for the advancement of Chinese herbal cosmetic ingredients.
