Summary of the Best Evidence on Stage 2 Pressure Injury Wound Management Strategies
Objective To search and summarize the relevant evidence of wound management for stage 2 pressure injury,and to form a scientific and practical wound management strategy,providing standardized guidance for clinical medical personnel in practice.Methods Systematically search domestic and international guide websites,official websites of relevant organizations,and databases for evidence related to stage 2 pressure injury wound management.After conducting methodological quality evaluation,extract,summarize,and summarize the evidence.Results Therewere ultimately included in 8 literature,including 3 guidelines,1 systematic review,3 evidence summaries,and 1 RCT study.Six dimensions were extracted(wound assessment,pain management,peripheral and tissue cleaning,wound management,wound recording,and quality management),totaling 21 evidence themes.Conclusion Clinical nurses,especially non wound specialist nurses,can follow the best evidence to implement standardized wound management strategies for patients with stage 2 pressure injury,promote wound healing,and improve patient health outcomes.
