树脂渗透技术治疗早期釉质龋及釉质脱矿的临床研究

目的:探索树脂渗透技术治疗早期釉质龋及早期釉质脱矿的临床应用价值.方法:纳入笔者医院应用树脂渗透技术治疗的早期釉质龋及早期釉质脱矿的54例患者为实验组,纳入采用常规氟化物治疗的59例患者为观察组.观察两组患者术前、术后即刻、术后3个月、术后6个月的白垩斑面积(Area of demineralization,AREA)、表面光滑度(Surface microhardness,SMTS)、釉质层结构完整性(Integrity of enamel layer,IGTY)、牙面色泽(Color uniformity of tooth surface,COLU)及疗效指标.结果:实验组术后即刻、术后3个月、术后6个月AREA值均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后即刻、术后3个月、术后6个月SMTS值、IGTY值及COLU值与观察组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后6个月AREA、SMTS、IGTY、COLU指标较术后即刻差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).实验组显效率35.19%,高于观察组的20.34%(P<0.05).结论:树脂渗透技术治疗早期釉质龋及早期釉质脱矿疗效优于常规氟化物治疗,疗效稳定.
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Early Enamel Caries and Early Enamel Demineralization with Resin Permeation Technology
Objective To explore the clinical application value of resin permeation technology in the treatment of early enamel caries and early enamel demineralization.Methods 54 patients with early enamel caries and early enamel demineralization treated with resin permeation technology in the author's hospital were included as the experimental group,while 59 patients treated with conventional fluoride were included as the control group.Observe the area of chalkiness(AREA),surface smoothness(SMTS),structural integrity of enamel layer(IGTY),tooth color(COLU),and therapeutic indicators before surgery,immediately after surgery,3 months after surgery,and 6 months after surgery.Results The AREA value of the experimental group immediately after surgery,3 months and 6 months postoperative average was lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SMTS,IGTY and COLU values of the experimental group immediately after surgery,3 months after surgery and 6 months after surgery were significantly different from those of the observation group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the indexes of AREA,SMTS,IGTY and COLU 6 months after operation in the experimental group(all P>0.05).The efficiency of the experimental group was 35.19%,The efficiency of the control group was 20.34%,there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The resin permeation technology has a better therapeutic effect on early enamel caries and early enamel demineralization than conventional fluoride treatment,and the therapeutic effect is stable.
