摘要

目的:探究重组人源Ⅲ型胶原蛋白外敷联合超脉冲点阵CO2激光在面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年3月-2023年12月太原钢铁(集团)有限公司总医院收治的90例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=45),对照组采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗,研究组给予重组人源Ⅲ型胶原蛋白联合超脉冲点阵CO2激光治疗,时长为3个月.比较两组临床疗效、临床症状持续时间、瘢痕改善情况[温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)、痤疮瘢痕评估量表(ECCA)]、不良反应及患者满意度的差异.结果:治疗后,研究组的总有效率为95.56%高于对照组的82.22%(P＜0.05);研究组临床症状持续时间(红斑、疼痛、痂皮完全脱落)短于对照组(P＜0.05);两组患者的瘢痕改善VSS、ECCA评分均明显下降,且研究组低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率为3.23%低于对照组的10.75%(P＜0.05);研究组患者的总满意率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%(P＜0.05).结论:针对面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,联合使用重组人源Ⅲ型胶原蛋白外敷及超脉冲点阵CO2激光治疗疗效显著,可显著改善患者的瘢痕状况,缩短患者的整体恢复周期,患者满意度更高.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of recombinant human type Ⅲ collagen for external application combined with ultra-pulse carbon dioxide(CO2)fractional laser in depressed scars of facial acne.Methods A total of 90 patients with depressed scars of facial acne in General Hospital of Taiyuan Iron and Steel(Group)Co.were enrolled as the research objects between March 2021 and December 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser,n=45)and study group(recombinant human type Ⅲ collagen combined with ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser,n=45).All patients were treated for 3 months.The differences in clinical curative effect,duration of clinical symptoms,scar improvement[Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS),Echelle d'Evaluation Clinique des Cicatrices d'acne(ECCA)],adverse reactions and patients satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,total response rate of study group was higher than that of control group(95.56%vs.82.22%,P＜0.05).The duration of clinical symptoms(erythema,pain,complete decrustation)in study group was shorter than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,scores of VSS and ECCA were significantly decreased in both groups,which were lower in study group than control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group(3.23%vs.10.75%,P＜0.05),and total satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group(95.56%vs.77.78%,P＜0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of recombinant human type Ⅲ collagen for external application combined with ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser is significant in patients with depressed scars of facial acne,which can significantly improve scar condition and shorten overall recovery cycle,with higher patients satisfaction.
