With Chinas coal industry entering a new stage of high quality development,higher standards and requirements are put forward for the rational development and utilization of coal resources.Through systematically studying the historical evolution and index requirements of the"three rates"standards of coal resources,analyzing the application status and existing main problems of the"three rates"standards of coal resources,and combining with the industrial policies and development trends of China's coal industry,the relevant suggestions of"three rates"standards for rational development and utilization of coal resources were put forward from strengthening daily supervision and management,establishing information management platform,comprehensively promoting policy implementation,accelerating technological innovation,and deeply studying the indexes of the"three rates".
