摘要

煤炭企业标准体系的适用性关系到煤炭企业标准化的质量和水平.为有效评估煤炭企业标准体系的适用性,提升煤炭企业管理科学化、规范化、精益化水平,促进煤炭行业的转型升级和高质量发展,从企业标准体系的系统性、协调性和完整性3个角度出发,建立了煤炭企业标准体系适用性评价指标体系.在此基础上,运用层次分析(AHP)方法对各指标的权重进行了计算,并利用云模型对其进行了综合评估.以某煤炭集团企业标准体系为研究对象,运用AHP—云模型计算得出的企业标准体系适用性等级为比较适用,进而提出企业标准体系存在的问题,以期为煤炭企业标准体系的持续改进和优化升级提供参考.

Abstract

The applicability of the coal enterprise standard system is related to the quality and level of standardization of coal enterprises.In order to effectively assess the applicability of the coal enterprise standard system,as a means to enhance the scientific,standardized and lean management of coal enterprises,promote the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry to achieve its high-quality development,this paper establishes an index system for evaluating the applicability of the standard system of coal enterprises from three perspectives:systemic,coordinated and complete of the enterprise standard system.On this basis,the weight of each index was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,and a cloud model was used to evaluate each index in a comprehensive manner.Taking a coal group's enterprise standard system as research object,the AHP-cloud model was used to calculate the applicability level of the enterprise standard system as comparatively applicable,and to propose the problems of the enterprise standard system,so as to provide reference for the continuous improvement,optimization and upgrading of the standard system of coal enterprises.
