煤巷掘进突出危险声发射监测效果考察与应用

摘 要 为提升煤巷掘进突出危险监测效果的可靠性与准确性,弥补煤巷掘进过程有效监测技术手段的不足,以小屯煤矿16中13运输巷掘进工作面为试验地点,通过搭建声发射监测系统,研究了系统预警指标与日常突出预测指标、瓦斯涌出、巷道揭露地质情况等的相关关系,并对煤巷掘进突出危险声发射监测技术的应用效果进行了考察.结果表明:系统监测工艺实现了突出危险随掘监测预警,确保煤巷高效连续掘进;以声发射能量特征参数趋势判识指标Ken为预警指标的临界值1.5是合理准确的,监测系统可超前4~6 m发出预警信息,与实际情况相符,监测效果可靠.该系统可应用于煤巷掘进突出危险性监测预警领域,为突出矿井煤巷安全高效掘进提供一种有效监测手段.
Investigation and application of acoustic emission monitoring effect on the outburst risk during coal roadway driving
In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of monitoring effect on the outburst risk during coal roadway driving,and make up for the shortcomings of effective monitoring methods during coal roadway driving,16-13 transportation roadway driving face in Xiaotun Coal Mine was took as the experimental site to examine the correlation between early warning indicator and daily outburst prediction indicators,gas emission,and exposed geological conditions in roadway and investigate the application effects of acoustic emission monitoring on the outburst risk during coal roadway driving by constructing an acoustic emission monitoring system.The results showed that the system monitoring process had realized monitoring and early warning of outburst risk during coal roadway driving,and ensured efficient and continuous operation;the critical value of 1.5 for using the trend recognition index K en of acoustic emission energy characteristic parameters as the warning index was reasonable and accurate,and the monitoring system could issue warning messages 4 to 6 m ahead of schedule,the warning results was consistent with the actual situation,and the monitoring effect was reliable.This system could be applied to the field of monitoring and early warning of outburst risk in coal roadway driving,and provide an effective monitoring method for safe and efficient driving of coal roadway in outburst mines.
