Design and research of remote control leakage test platform for underground low voltage power supply system in coal mine
The characteristics of underground low-voltage power supply system and the causes of leakage in coal mine were deeply studied,the influence factors of leakage and the hazards were analyzed.On this basis,through the coordinated application of remote communication technology,data acquisition technology,and leakage detection technology,according to the actual situation of coal mine power monitoring system software,a matching remote centralized control leakage test platform was designed.The structure of the platform was elaborated in detail,and the important components such as monitoring system,leakage test resistance box,and related hardware and software design were specifically introduced.The effectiveness of the low-voltage leakage test was effectively verified on site,and the results showed that it met the relevant requirements of the remote low-voltage leakage test in coal mine,significantly reduced the safety risks of power outage and transmission caused by power leakage,and improved the remote online safety monitoring ability of the low-voltage power supply system in coal mine.
