四川省煤炭供需平衡预测和保障研究

摘要
煤炭工业是四川省经济发展的重要基础产业,随着四川省煤炭去产能的顺利推进和重庆市煤炭开采整体退出,以及成渝城市群快速发展,川渝地区煤炭缺口急剧扩大.在研究四川省煤炭消费结构、煤炭消费行业以及煤炭供需现状的基础上,结合四川省"双碳"目标、水电和新能源发电增加等因素影响,对四川省 2025、2030 年煤炭供需平衡走势进行了预测.同时分析研究了该地区目前煤炭资源供给形势和存在的问题,并提出相应的保障措施和建议.
Abstract
The coal industry is an important basic industry for the economic development of Sichuan Province.With the smooth progress of coal production capacity reduction in Sichuan,the overall withdrawal of coal mining in Chongqing,and the rapid development of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration,the coal supply gap in Sichuan and Chongqing has expanded sharply.Based on the study on the coal consumption structure,coal consumption industry and the current situation of coal supply and demand in Sichuan,combined with the influence of factors such as the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals of Sichuan and the increase of hydropower and new energy power,the balance trends of coal supply and demand in Sichuan in 2025 and 2030 are predicted.At the same time,the current supply situation and existing problems of coal resources in the region are analyzed and studied,and corresponding guarantee measures and suggestions are put forward.
