韩家村选煤厂电力智能监控系统研究与应用

针对国能包头能源有限责任公司煤炭洗选分公司(以下简称"韩家村选煤厂")电力设备在运行中存在运行经济性低和系统响应时间长等问题,设计了韩家村选煤厂电力智能监控系统,对其后台主站层、通信间隔层和现场设备层 3 个层次的电力智能监控系统总体架构进行了介绍,并详细阐述了该系统 6 个模块的功能.在系统硬件设计方面,以73S169DT型号的单片机作为控制核心,将微控制器嵌入电力监控器的硬件电路;在系统的软件设计方面,建立了电力设备运行状况对应的数据采集单元,利用因果条件和稳定性条件下的数字滤波器来处理电力监控数据传输信道信号,以此判断韩家村选煤厂的电力监控数据是否存在传输异常的情况,实现韩家村选煤厂的电力监控.系统设计完成后,对韩家村选煤厂中部分电力设备的运行进行了测试应用,结果表明该系统运行效果良好,可以有效监控选煤厂电力设备.
Rsearch and application of power intelligent monitoring system in Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant
In response to the problems of low operating economy and long system response time in the operation of the power equipment of Coal Preparation Branch of China Energy Baotou Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant),a power intelligent monitoring system for Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant was designed.The overall structure of the power intelligent monitoring system was introduced from background main station layer,communication compartment layer,and on-site equipment layer,and the functions of six modules of the system were elaborated.In terms of hardware design of the system,the 73 S169DT single-chip microcomputer is used as control core,and the microcontroller is embedded in the hardware circuit of power monitor;in terms of software design of the system,a data acquisition unit corresponding to the operation status of power equipment has been established,digital filters under causal and stability conditions are used to process the transmission channel signal of power monitoring data to determine whether there is any transmission abnormality in the power monitoring data of Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant,so as to achieve power monitoring of Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant.After the system design was completed,tests were conducted based on the operating characteristics of the power equipment in the coal preparation plant.The results showed that the system operated well and could effectively monitor the power equipment in the coal preparation plant.
