The development history of scraper conveyor technology(Part two):technologies in China
The production of scraper conveyor in China began in 1950,mainly imitating the scraper conveyor of Soviet Union.China began to produce the SGD-11,SBG-11,SBG-15 scraper conveyor in 1954,and a flexible chain plate transport aircraft was developed in 1958.The domestic SGW-150 scraper conveyor was made in 1970,which formed China's first fully mechanized mining face with MLQ1-80 shearer and TZ140 hydraulic support.By the end of 2020,China had produced a total of 194 300 scraper conveyors,of which 60 360 were produced by Zhangjiakou Coal Mine Machinery Company and 24 840 were produced by Ningxia Tiandi Benniu Company.Since 2010,intelligent scraper conveyor put into practical application,the first complete sets of primary intelligent scraper conveyor equipment in China was successfully developed in 2011,the world's first intelligent control scraper conveyor with load monitoring and adaptive speed regulation was developed in 2014,a complete set of intelligent scraper conveyor equipment with a transportation length of 500 m and a conveying capacity of 3 000 t/h was developed in 2022,the world's first complete set of intelligent scraper conveyor equipment for 10 m super-high mining face was developed with a conveying capacity of 8 000 t/h in 2023.The average tonnage of a single scraper conveyor in China showed exponential growth,the average tonnage of a single machine in the 1950s was only 5.3 t,and the scraper conveyor in the following 40 years was in the miniaturization stage;in 2000,the average tonnage of a single machine reached 45 t,entering the heavy period by reaching 75 t in 2010;after that,the scraper conveyor came to the super-heavy model stage,the average tonnage of a single machine reached 161 t in 2020.
