Research on the issues of safety development of mine enterprises in the Qinghai-Tibet region
Based on in-depth mine supervision and survey,key counties guidance and assistance,and big data analysis in the early stage,the characteristics of mine enterprises in the Qinghai-Tibet region and the main problems of high-quality development were sorted out,and corresponding policy measures were proposed to promote the high-quality development of mine enterprises in the Qinghai-Tibet region.As a dispatched agency for National Mine Safety Administration,Qinghai Bureau needs to be based on legal responsibilities,streamline the mine safety supervision system,improve the joint law enforcement mechanism for mine safety,strengthen the training of regulatory law enforcement personnel,strictly regulate mine safety law enforcement behaviors,effectively improve the efficiency of mine safety law enforcement,increase the promotion and application of scientific and technological achievements,and actively seek support from national policy funds.
