Comparative analysis of simulation calculation and experimental testing modal of BVB3661 banana screen
Modal vibration mode is an important parameter for dynamic analysis of vibrating screens. In order to explore the structural dynamic characteristics of BVB3661 banana screen,a solid model was established to conduct simulation modal analysis under the principle of similarity to actual working conditions.Through reasonable data collection methods, experimental modal tests were conducted. The research results showed that the maximum error range between the natural frequency of experimental modal analysis and the simulation calculation result was within 8%,which was basically consistent with the corresponding natural vibration mode;the simulation calculation and experimental testing modals differed significantly from the operating frequency of the screening machine at 14.17 Hz,with a distance difference of over 10%,avoiding the occurrence of resonance phenomena. After the renovation, the technical performance indicators of the BVB3661 banana screen have been greatly improved compared to the original screen machine, and the screen machine operates more smoothly, and the use effect and reliability have been significantly improved.
