摘要
以宁东多年以来煤田地质勘查资料为主要依据,分析研究了宁东煤田二叠纪煤岩煤质特征.研究结果表明,宁东煤田二叠纪煤层宏观煤岩特征主要为半亮煤和半暗煤,次为光亮煤和暗淡煤;宁东煤田二叠纪煤具有中等灰分、特低-低硫、特低-低磷、特低氯、高发热量等特征,可作为清洁动力煤;同时具有中等-中高挥发分、中-强黏结性、中等含量镜质组的特征,在选煤和降灰后可作为炼焦配煤.宁东煤田中,建议红墩子矿区清洁利用方向为清洁动力用煤、炼焦配煤、干煤粉气流床煤气化用煤;建议横城矿区清洁利用方向为清洁动力用煤、炼焦配煤、干煤粉气流床煤气化用煤;建议韦州矿区清洁利用方向为清洁动力用煤、炼焦配煤、干煤粉气流床煤气化用煤、水煤浆气流床煤气化用煤;建议四股泉矿区清洁利用方向为清洁动力用煤、干煤粉气流床煤气化用煤.
Abstract
Based on the geological exploration data of Ningdong coalfield for many years,the coal rock and coal quality characteristics of Permian coal in Ningdong coalfield were analyzed and studied.The research results show that the macroscopic coal-rock characteristics of the Permian coal seams in Ningdong Coalfield are mainly semi-bright coal and semi-dark coal,followed by bright coal and dark coal;the Permian coal in Ningdong coalfield has medium ash content,ultra-low-low sulfur,ultra-low-low phosphorus,ultra-low chlorine and high calorific value,which can be used as clean power coal;and the Permian coal has medium-medium-high volatile matter,medium-strong caking,and medium content vitrinite,which can be used as coking coal blending after coal preparation and ash reduction.In the Ningdong coalfield,it is recommended that the coal clean utilization direction of Hongdunzi mining area includes clean power coal,coking coal blending coal,and dry coal powder fluidized bed gasification coal;the direction of Hengcheng mining area includes clean power coal,coking coal blending coal,and dry coal powder fluidized bed gasification coal;the direction of Weizhou mining area includes clean power coal,coking coal blending coal,dry coal powder fluidized bed gasification coal,and coal-water slurry fluidized bed gasification coal;the direction of Siguquan mining area includes clean power coal and dry coal powder fluidized bed gasification coal.
