The development history of scraper conveyor technology(Part three):intelligent drive and control technology
Since the birth of the scraper conveyor,its control technology has developed from manual control to centralized control,remote control,automatic control and intelligent control.Among shearer,support and scraper conveyor of the fully mechanized mining equipment,scraper conveyor is the first to realize automation,and is also the earliest mining equipment to enter the primary level of intelligence,which supports the development of intelligent coal mining era.In this paper,it is proposed that the advanced intelligent scraper conveyor should at least have the ability of autonomous perception,autonomous decision-making and autonomous control of the running state,machine attitude and equipment state,so as to form an intelligent cooperative group of coal flow loading and transportation in the coal mining face.This development history of soft start technology of scraper conveyor is summarized and the turning drive technology of scraper conveyor is introduced.It is pointed out that the newly developed permanent magnet motor semi-direct drive scraper conveyor could replace the traditional drive technology,which greatly reduces the space occupied by the scraper conveyor at the end of the workface,improves the drive intelligence and operation reliability of the conveyor,and enhances the accessibility of underground space and the support safety of the workface end roof.In recent years,foreign companies have launched the Opti Drive AFC automatic control system,while domestic companies have launched the remote centralized monitoring cockpit for coal mining working face and scraper conveyor intelligent control system,which have functions such as scraper conveyor equipment condition monitoring,chain automatic tensioning,coal quantity monitoring,intelligent starting,intelligent speed regulation,fault diagnosis,and key component health status analysis,supporting the fully automated operation of fully mechanized mining face.
