Study on safety evaluation and grouting reinforcement treatment for water-proof coal pillar of mine sump
Under the influences of adjacent mining disturbance, insufficient width of water-proof coal pillar and incomplete filling behind arch wall, water from adjacent goaf leaks into mine sump through arched roadway in a coal mine, which greatly affects the safety and stability of the mine sump.In order to further strengthen the stability of coal pillar of the mine sump, the combination of ground drilling and underground drilling was adopted to grout and reinforce the mine sump. The underground chamber was filled by ground drilling grouting with 245-328 m3 of sand and 487-650 tons of cement, the volume of filling materials was much larger than the chamber volume of 220 m3,effectively increasing the thickness of the coal pillar.Using underground drilling to carry out cement grouting and hydrochemical grouting at the arch wall, the water inflow at the cracks of the arch wall was reduced from 15 m3/h to zero, and the filling effect of the gaps behind the arch wall was good.Through the grouting filling of coal pillar and the gap behind arch wall, the stability of water-proof coal pillar in the mine sump was effectively improved.
