新疆主要煤田关键煤质特征及利用途径分析研究

分析新疆主要煤田关键煤质特征及其与利用途径的适配关系,并对新疆煤炭资源开发及利用提出建议.研究结果表明,新疆主要煤田的煤质特征具有多样性,导致部分新疆煤的煤种判断极易发生偏差;煤中矿物含量及赋存状态导致煤灰成分、煤灰熔融性温度及黏温特性波动较大,极易对煤炭加工及利用产生不利的影响.新疆东部矿区以煤炭外运为主,准南煤田及南疆各煤田以满足当地用煤需求为主,准东、伊犁及准北煤田适宜建设大型煤电、煤化工基地.在利用过程中应建立商品煤质量与煤灰化学调控技术,建立煤化工项目用煤与地勘煤质数据的跟踪校正机制,保障煤质稳定.
Analysis and research on key coal quality characteristics and coal utilization ways of major coalfields in Xinjiang
The characteristics of key coal qualities in major coalfields in Xinjiang and their adaptation to coal utilization ways were analyzed,and some suggestions for the development and utilization of coal resources in Xinjiang were put forward.The results have shown that the coal qualities in Xinjiang are diverse,causing deviations in the determination of coal types for some Xinjiang coal;the fluctuations of composition,fusibility tempreture and viscosity tempreture of coal ash are significantly influenced by the content and occurrence of minerals in coal,which has a negative impact on coal processing and utilization.The mining areas in eastern Xinjiang mainly rely on coal transportation to other regions,while the Zhunnan coalfield and the coalfields in southern Xinjiang mainly meet the local demand.Zhundong coalfield,Yili coalfield and Zhunbei coalfield were suitable for constructing large-scale coal-fired power and coal chemical industry bases.During the coal utilization process,the control technology of commercial coal quality and coal ash chemical content should be established,and the data tracking and correction mechanism between coal for coal chemical projects and the geological coal quality should be established to ensure the stability of coal quality.
