"双碳"战略下煤矿减碳实施路径研究

随着"双碳"战略的推进,煤炭生产企业提出"零碳矿山"等建设目标,着力降低煤炭开采过程的碳排放.在煤矿碳排放来源和结构组成分析的基础上,提出减碳、零碳和负碳多组合技术实施路径,以西部某2 000万t/a新建在产矿井为例,定量分析了碳排放量和减碳实施路径及减碳贡献.结果表明,仅靠煤矿能源系统低碳化改造和矿区碳汇减排贡献量有限,还需发展风光新能源绿电、优化开采工艺减少CH4和CO2逃逸排放、开展CO2矿化等技术来实现大幅减碳,最终实现煤矿"零碳"开采生产.
Research on the implementation path of carbon emission reduction in coal mine under the carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategies
With the promotion of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy,coal production enterprises have proposed construction goals such as"zero carbon emission mines",focusing on reducing carbon emissions in the coal mining process.Based on the analysis of the sources and structural composition of carbon emissions from coal mines,a combination technology implementation path of carbon emission reduction,zero carbon emission,and negative carbon emission is proposed.Taking a newly construction mine with a coal production capacity of 20 million ton per year in the western China as an example,the carbon emissions,implementation path and the contribution of carbon emission reduction are quantitatively analyzed.The results indicate that the contribution of low-carbon transformation of coal mine energy systems and carbon sequestration reduction in mining areas is limited.It is necessary to develop green electricity with wind,solar and other new energy,optimize mining processes to reduce CH4 and CO2 escape emissions,carry out CO2 mineralization and other technologies to achieve significant carbon emission reduction,and ultimately achieve mining production with zero carbon emission in coal mines.
