智能化矿井多系统耦合管理体系研究

随着我国智能化矿井建设的推进,原有的管理制度、方法与理念亟需升级.智能化矿井多系统耦合管理体系建设可使矿井智能系统与智慧管理深度融合,加快煤矿高质量创新发展进程.基于陕西陕北矿业韩家湾煤炭有限公司的实证考察,阐述了智能化矿井多系统耦合管理体系的理论内涵,探讨了智能化矿井多系统耦合管理体系建设模式,分析了其对企业经济与社会效益的作用效果.研究发现,通过对矿井多层次、立体化的智能化改造与全面深入的智能化系统耦合以及管理智慧化耦合,形成新型矿井全阶段智能化发展新模式和管理机制创新,推动了矿井全生产周期智能化转型.基于大数据平台的智能化矿井多系统耦合管理体系建设是立足矿井实际条件探索出的智能化发展路径,取得了较好的经济、安全、环境与社会效益,具有良好的示范作用.
Research on intelligent mine multi-system coupling management system
With the advancement of intelligent coal mine construction in China,the existing management systems,methods,and concepts are in urgent need of upgrading.The construction of intelligent mine multi-system coupling management system can deeply integrate the mine's intelligent system with smart management,accelerating the high-quality innovative development process of coal mines.Based on empirical investigations in Shaanxi Shanbei Mining Industry Hanjiawan Coal Co.,Ltd.,the theoretical connotation of the intelligent mine multi-system coupling management system is expounded,the construction model of the system is discussed,with the analysis of its effects on the economic and social benefits of the enterprise.The research indicates that through multi-level and three-dimensional intelligent transformation,comprehensive and in-depth coupling of intelligent systems,and intelligent management coupling in the coal mine,a new model of intelligent mine all-stage development and management mechanism innovation are formed,promoting the intelligent transformation of the entire mine production cycle.The construction of the intelligent mine multi-system coupling management system based on big data platform is an intelligent development path explored based on the actual mine conditions,which has achieved good economic,safety,environmental and social benefits and has a good demonstration effect.
