Exploration and practice of market-oriented business of functional state-owned coal trading enterprises
Doing well in market-oriented business is an important means for functional state-owned coal trading enterprises to realize enterprise transformation and upgrading and enhance economic benefits.This paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by functional state-owned coal trading enterprises from the aspects of internal and external environment,such as intensifying competition in domestic and international coal markets,expanding coal production and consumption,prominent imbalance of coal inventory structure and accelerating transformation and reform of state-owned enterprises,and points out their advantages.This paper focuses on the market-oriented business development strategy needs for the factors of business strategic positioning,business model selection,market development and customer mining,brand building,information technology innovation application.Taking Zhejiang Zheneng Fuxing Fuel Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper introduces its achievements in the market-oriented business practice,including company's strategic positioning,"Fudong"brand construction,market-oriented institutional construction and information technology application,which provides reference for the market-oriented business development of functional state-owned coal trading enterprises.
