Analysis of heat source and evolution law of temperature field in high temperature coal mining face of deep mines
Deep coal mining faces serious thermal hazards,which are complicated in the causes and difficult to prevent and control,so it is of great significance to study the evolution law of temperature field and heat source in high temperature coal mining face for the prevention and control of thermal hazards in deep mines.Taking No.10 Mine of Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.as the engineering background,an on-site investigation was conducted on the thermal parameters of wind flow in Ji17-24090 coal mining face,the heat sources in the face and their contribution to the underground temperature rise was analyzed,and the numerical model of the temperature field in the coal mining face was further established to clarify the evolution law of the temperature field in the coal mining face.The results show that the main heat sources causing the underground temperature rise are heat dissipation from surrounding rock and electromechanical equipment,which account for 28.2%and 20.6%of the total heat dissipation from the heat sources,respectively;the earth's surface atmosphere has little effect on the temperature field of the Ji17-24090 coal mining face,and the airflow has already reached a thermodynamically stable state before reaching the mining face;at the same ventilation time,the farther away from the entrance of the conveyor roadway,the higher the temperature;when the distance is the same,the temperature rise slows down as the ventilation time increases.The research results can provide reference and theoretical basis for the treatment of thermal damage and the design of cooling engineering in deep mines.
