针对国能包头能源有限责任公司煤炭洗选分公司韩家村选煤厂(以下简称"韩家村选煤厂")在铁路运输装车过程中出现的煤炭洒落问题造成粉尘污染,对装车过程中的抑尘喷洒环节进行了技术研究.介绍了智能抑尘喷洒系统项目研究,详细阐述了智能抑尘喷洒系统项 目优势以及项 目实施效果.通过在韩家村选煤厂实测应用表明,与人工操作相比,智能抑尘喷洒系统利用车型识别技术、激光定位技术、传感测距技术等先进智能化技术,通过智能算法与控制逻辑,可实现抑尘剂喷洒环节的无人化全自动控制与调节,不仅可以提升喷洒效率,还可以降低喷洒消耗成本.
Research on dust suppressant intelligent spraying system for railway loading
To solve the problem of coal abandonment during the railway transportation loading process in Coal Washing Branch of China Energy Baotou Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant"),technical research was conducted on the dust suppressant spraying link of intelligent loading.The intelligent spraying system project research was introduced,the advantages analysis and implementation effect of the intelligent spraying system project were expounded in detail.Through practical application,it has been shown that compared with manual operation,the intelligent spraying system can achieve unmanned and fully automatic control and adjustment of the dust suppressant spraying process with advanced intelligent technologies such as vehicle recognition technology,laser positioning technology and sensing distance measurement technology,and through intelligent algorithms and control logic.The system not only improves spraying efficiency,but also reduces spraying consumption costs.
